The Department of Biological Sciences, National Sun Yat-Sen University is seeking faculty candidates, one in Field Botany and another one in Biology or related fields (with medical sciences and applied biology excluded), at the rank of assistant professor or above.
As the candidate for the position, you should:
1. Hold a Ph.D. degree.
2. Have published at least 2 SCI papers in the past 5 years as the first or corresponding author.
3. Be able to independently apply and conduct extramural funded research.
4. Be able to teach field botany related courses (taxonomy and vegetation ecology); or be able to teach general biology and at least one course in a specific traditional biology field.

2. Curriculum Vita.
3. Photocopy of the Ph.D. degree certificate.
4. Publication list that contains the 5-year impact factor and the category/ranking information. Please designate one paper as your representative publication in the specialty field of your choice.
5. Reprint copies of your publication from 2012 onward, if available.
6. Your teaching and research statements.
7. Three letters of recommendation that directly address to the department search committee.
